§2 Who may read
We write for grown-ups: 18 is the floor, and readers in a jurisdiction that fixes 21 as the threshold should observe 21. Hotels on the list may apply their own check-in age, and their rule is the one that counts.
§3 Reporting, not advice
Dispatches describe rooms, leisure facilities and surroundings. Treat them as background reading rather than professional travel or legal guidance; details can age quickly, so confirm rates, fees, age rules and hours directly with the property.
§4 Our publisher and its interest
MGM Yonkers, Inc. publishes the site and runs a casino venue in Yonkers, New York, which has no guest rooms and so is absent from the list. No publisher property appears among the ten, and every placement is the desk's editorial call. The publisher competes in this region, and affiliate commission pays for the site, as described in the affiliate disclosure.
§5 Other companies' services
