§1 Data controller

MGM Yonkers, Inc., 810 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704, decides how personal data gathered through instantnewsfee.com is handled. Write to privacy@instantnewsfee.com about anything on this page.

§2 What we gather

  • Connection details: the numeric IP address of each visit, the approximate region (country or state) that IP implies, the browser's user-agent string, device class, and a log of pages fetched with timestamps.
  • Letters you send: the letter itself: sender name, reply address, chosen subject and body text, delivered to us as email.
  • Consent and cookie records: your cookie answer, and analytics or affiliate identifiers only once you have switched those on.

§3 Reasons and lawful grounds

  • Running instantnewsfee and fending off misuse: legitimate interest.
  • Analytics showing, in aggregate, which dispatches are read: your consent.
  • Marketing measurement and referral attribution with partner networks: your consent.
  • Replying to letters: our legitimate interest, or the steps you requested.

§4 Recipients and transfers abroad

Data reaches hosting and measurement suppliers and, when you have agreed, the partner and affiliate networks that record referrals to hotel sites. Some of those suppliers work outside your home country, the United States included; where a transfer needs a legal mechanism, we use contractual safeguards recognised for that purpose. Letters sent to the desk are never sold.

§5 How long we keep it

Letters are erased after 24 months unless a statute obliges us to hold them longer. Aggregate analytics lasts up to 26 months. The cookie answer lives in your browser for a year, and affiliate cookies expire on each network's own schedule.

§6 Readers in the EEA and UK

Anyone protected by Europe's GDPR or its British twin may ask to inspect the records about them, ask for fixes or deletion, ask us to pause processing, receive a machine-readable export, and challenge processing that rests on legitimate interest. Consent you gave on our cookie bar can be revoked through Manage cookies, and your country's data regulator will hear complaints.

§7 California readers

Under California's privacy statutes (the CCPA and its CPRA amendments), residents there may request disclosure of the personal information instantnewsfee holds and where it went, request deletion or correction, and forbid any sale or cross-site advertising use of it; instantnewsfee reads a GPC header as exactly that instruction. Nobody gets a worse experience for exercising these rights.

§8 Young readers

These pages are written for adults and are not meant for anyone below 18. We make no attempt to gather data about children, and if a parent tells us a child has contacted the desk, the message will be erased.

§9 Making a request

State which of these rights you are invoking in a message to privacy@instantnewsfee.com. We may ask for a quick identity check, then reply inside the legal time limit.
